Shipping Info & Refund Policy



Domestic Shipments (48 States)

Purative.com processes orders daily 9am-4pm, and will ship the same or next business day, Monday through Friday, in most circumstances. We will ship all Free Shipping orders by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Purative may choose an alternate shipping method of equal or faster delivery times, in order to improve the shipping process and tracking capabilities for the customer. This includes USPS or UPS standard and expedited shipping options. Please note, all PO Boxes must be sent USPS. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped with expedited delivery:

  • UPS 3rd Day Air (usually arrives in 3 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (usually arrives in 2 business days)
  • UPS Overnight (usually arrives in 1 business day) - No Saturday Overnight shipping is available. Monday - Friday only.

We make every attempt to ship orders that are received by 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time the same day, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances. This also includes expedited shipping options. Orders received over the weekend or national holidays may not process for shipment until the next business day. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday; USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

We purchase delivery confirmation and tracking for all orders. If you do not have your package when the tracking delivery confirmation states that it was delivered, we have no control for your package after delivery. Please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to locate your package after a delivery confirmation shows delivery. It often is at the carrier’s facility at the carrier's discretion, not that of Purative.

Orders outside the 48 Domestic US States are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.



International Shipments

All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. US currency only. Our free shipping does not apply to international orders, sorry. Certain products are restricted by various governments. For questions concerning international shipments, please email us. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Purative.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

Tax Policy

Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax on Books and other non-supplement products.

Tracking Information Request

All orders shipped UPS have a tracking number for status and location tracking. Tracking information is automatically sent in an email or listed under your account order details.

Refunds & Returns

Every product is backed by our simple, liberal return policy: Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return any item purchased from Purative for a full refund less applicable shipping costs. Please note:

We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 60 days from your purchase date for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process empty containers as returns. All others of the same item must be in their new, unopened, original factory-sealed container for a refund. More than one opened item of the same product will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All merchandise should be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot guarantee refunds.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products under the above circumstances.

To process your return easily, please take the following steps: Please call toll free at 866.257.8168 for a return authorization number. We pledge a 24 hour response to your request.

We will email you with an approval and directions on processing your return, including the address to send your package to. Due to our direct shipping system, your address for the return may be different then the packing slip, and may be different depending on the item(s) returning. In the return approval email you will receive from us, you will be provided with all the details to make this an easy return, and the correct address to send the package to.
